Who screamed on a New York radio broadcast that “Rushdie must die!” Who’s given thousands of dollars to HAMAS, the most vicious and relentless of the Palestinian terror squads. Who’s lent his name and reputation to the Islamist cause innumerable times these past twenty years.
Perhaps Europe has room for you. America does not.
