Take The Peace Train, Yusuf, If They’ll Allow You Onboard
There’s a minor foofaurauw this morning because a plane from London bearing “Yusuf Islam,” once better known as pop singer Cat Stevens, was diverted from its Washington, D.C. destination, and Islam / Stevens denied entrance to the United States.
Aw. Poor “peace activist” Yusuf. Who screamed on a New York radio broadcast that “Rushdie must die!” Who’s given thousands of dollars to HAMAS, the most vicious and relentless of the Palestinian terror squads. Who’s lent his name and reputation to the Islamist cause innumerable times these past twenty years.
Perhaps Europe has room for you. America does not.
